1C-Publishing LLC built to users (you) of the mobile apps: 1С: Audiobooks, 1C:E-books and educational games for children, when it is purchased (downloaded) and it is specified that this privacy policy is applicable for such a mobile app (hereafter – App, Apps) whether paid or free. These apps are intended for use “as is”.

This page is used to inform App users regarding our policies with usе of the information listed below.

If you choose to use our App, then you agree your information to be used in relation to this policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

For a better experience, while using our App, we may require you to provide us with certain information, including (hereafter – Information):

InApp purchase receipts (automatic collecting during purchase),
Facebook public profile information (it can be received only with the user’s consent. The user gives this consent by putting “a tick” in Facebook web-form. The user determines the content of this information),
Vkontakte public profile information (it can be received only with the user’s consent. The user gives this consent by putting “a tick” in Vkontakte web-form. The user determines the content of this information),
device advertising identifier (it depends on the user’s settings in the device),
e-mail address (it can only be received with your consent while creating the account in the App, and also while contacting with App tech support).

The App doesn’t collect and transfer user’s personal information without user’s permission.

The Information will be saved and used as described in this privacy policy.

The App may use Internet connection for saving some information about App use (quantity of levels completed, amount of points, amount of pages read, user’s ID and other) in cloud services. The administration (owner) of the cloud services determines the rules and police of use and data security. No user’s passwords from these cloud services are collected and saved in the App.

The App can add such technical information as operating system version, exchange parameter and other, in your message to tech support. This technical information doesn’t personalize the user and doesn’t point at the user’s personal preferences and habits. This technical information is added into your message as usual text and can be deleted by the user before sending. An e-mail client set in the device is used for message sending.

The App does use certain third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

In a case of an error in the App we collect technical statistic data on your device called Log Data.
